Why are insurance rates so high? - insurance tracker

I am 18 and go up to 1990 Geo Tracker. I have never been arrested to give them a ticket, a warning or a fix-it. I drove for 4 years (more than 14 years issued with one of the school) are able to and not yet stopped. Why is insurance so incredible for me?
